Why You’ll Love This Recipe

I’m a big fan of hearty, make-ahead breakfast dishes—especially ones that pack in the protein. This quiche delivers all that and more. It’s a perfect blend of classic breakfast flavors in one easy-to-serve dish.

My first experience with this quiche was about a decade ago, when my sister made it during a visit. One bite in, and I was hooked. I had to get the recipe—and now, it’s a go-to in my own kitchen.

Quiche is incredibly adaptable and forgiving. You can make the dough and prep the filling a day in advance, then simply assemble and bake when you’re ready.
