The easiest way to make avocado oil

Ingredients:

Ripe avocados (at least 5).

A pan or pot.

A fine strainer or cheesecloth.

A clean glass bottle for storage.

Steps:

  1. Prepare the avocados

Wash the avocados well.

Cut them in half and remove the pits.

Scoop out the flesh and mash it until it becomes a smooth paste.

  1. Cooking process (with heat)

Place the avocado paste into a pan or pot.

Cook on low heat (to avoid burning).

Stir continuously while it cooks.

First, the water will evaporate, and then you’ll start to see the oil separating on the surface.

  1. Extract the oil

Once you see the oil coming out, remove the pan from the heat.

Let it cool slightly.

Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or fine strainer to separate the oil from the avocado paste.

  1. Storage

Pour the oil into a clean, sterilized glass bottle.

Store it in a cool, dark place.
